Livloco exists to strengthen local economies through trust, integrity, and collaboration.

We are not a social media platform.
We are a cooperative economic platform designed for adults to connect, collaborate, and support sustainable local business.

Membership in Livloco is a privilege.
Our community depends on mutual respect and responsible participation.

By using Livlo.co, you agree to uphold the following standards.

1️⃣ Who May Participate

Livloco is for individuals 18 years of age or older.

By using this platform, you affirm that:

You are at least 18 years old

You have the legal authority to participate

You will use the platform responsibly

Accounts discovered to belong to minors will be removed.

2️⃣ Our Community Values

We expect members to:

✔ Act with integrity
✔ Communicate professionally
✔ Honor boundaries
✔ Support local trust
✔ Engage in good faith
✔ Represent their businesses honestly

Livloco thrives when members treat one another as neighbors, not anonymous profiles.

3️⃣ Professional Communication Standards

Livloco includes private messaging for legitimate collaboration and coordination.

All communication must remain:

Respectful

Business-related

Appropriate

Free from harassment

The messaging system is not for:

Personal exploitation

Social manipulation

Sexual content

Repeated unsolicited outreach

Messages may be reported and reviewed by administrators when necessary for safety enforcement.

4️⃣ Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

🚫 Harassment & Abuse

Threats or intimidation

Discriminatory language

Hostile or abusive communication

🚫 Sexual Content & Exploitation

Sexually explicit messages or media

Grooming behavior

Attempted contact with minors

Exploitative or predatory conduct

🚫 Fraud & Misrepresentation

Impersonating a person or business

Deceptive listings

Scam activity

False credentials

🚫 Platform Abuse

Spamming

Mass solicitation

Circumventing bans

Creating duplicate accounts to evade moderation

Attempting to hack or disrupt the platform

Livloco maintains zero tolerance for conduct that threatens member safety.

5️⃣ Business Integrity Standards

Businesses listed on Livloco must:

Accurately represent products and services

Maintain any required licenses or permits

Avoid misleading claims

Conduct transactions lawfully

Trust is foundational to cooperative economies.

6️⃣ Privacy & Respect for Information

Members may not:

Share private messages publicly without consent

Misuse contact information obtained through Livloco

Dox or expose personal data

Use platform information for harassment or retaliation

Respect for privacy strengthens community trust.

7️⃣ Reporting & Community Responsibility

If you encounter misconduct:

Use the Report feature

Block the user

Contact Livloco administration if necessary

All reports are reviewed through the Livloco admin system.

Retaliation against users who report misconduct is prohibited.

Safety is a shared responsibility.

8️⃣ Enforcement

Livloco reserves the right to take action when this Code is violated.

Actions may include:

Warning

Temporary suspension

Removal of listings

Permanent account ban

Referral to law enforcement when appropriate

Enforcement decisions are made to protect the safety and integrity of the community.

Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate removal.
