Livloco is a cooperative-based online platform designed to connect local businesses and members in support of sustainable, community-based economies.
By creating an account or using Livlo.co, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
- Eligibility (18+ Requirement)
You must be 18 years of age or older to create an account or use Livlo.co.
By registering, you represent and warrant that:
You are at least 18 years old
You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
All information you provide is truthful and accurate
Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be removed.
If a youth business wishes to participate, a parent or legal guardian must create and manage the account.
- Purpose of the Platform
Livloco is intended to:
Connect local businesses and members
Facilitate economic collaboration
Support community reinvestment
Provide a professional marketplace environment
Livloco is not a social networking platform and is not intended for casual social interaction unrelated to commerce or collaboration.
- Member Conduct
You agree to use Livloco in a lawful, respectful, and professional manner.
You may NOT:
Harass, threaten, or intimidate other users
Send sexually explicit content
Attempt to contact minors through the platform
Use the platform for grooming, exploitation, or predatory behavior
Engage in scams or fraudulent activity
Impersonate another person or business
Use the messaging system for spam or mass solicitation
Share illegal content
Encourage illegal activity
Livloco has zero tolerance for behavior that endangers community safety.
- Messaging & Safety
Livloco provides in-app messaging to facilitate legitimate business communication.
All users acknowledge:
Messages may be reported by recipients
Reported messages are reviewed by administrators
Accounts may be suspended or permanently banned for violations
Livloco reserves the right to:
Investigate reported behavior
Suspend or terminate accounts
Cooperate with law enforcement when legally required
Users are encouraged to:
Use the block feature when needed
Report inappropriate behavior immediately
- Reporting & Enforcement
If you experience or observe misconduct, you may:
Delete the conversation
Block the user
Report the message
Reported content is reviewed in the Livloco admin panel.
Violation of these Terms may result in:
Warning
Temporary suspension
Permanent ban
Removal of content
Referral to law enforcement (where applicable)
Livloco’s decisions regarding enforcement are final.
- Business Listings & Accuracy
Businesses are responsible for ensuring that:
Their listings are accurate
Products/services are lawful
Representations are truthful
Required licenses or permits are obtained
Livloco does not verify every listing and is not responsible for transactions conducted between users.
- Data Minimization & Privacy Principles
Livloco collects only information necessary to operate the platform, including:
Email address
Account name
Business information (if applicable)
Messages sent within the platform
Livloco does not sell personal data.
We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect user data.
Message data may be retained for moderation and safety review.
Users may request account deletion at any time.
- Account Termination
Livloco reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:
Violate these Terms
Threaten user safety
Attempt to exploit the platform
Undermine community trust
Upon termination, access to the account and related data may be revoked.
- Limitation of Liability
Livloco serves as a connection platform.

Guarantee the conduct of users
Guarantee successful transactions
Assume responsibility for disputes between members
Users engage with one another at their own discretion and risk.
